Terms & Conditions — bpexh Platform Rules

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and bpexh ("bpexh", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://bpexh.cam/ (the "Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, content, features and functionality offered through the Platform.

By registering an account, accessing any section of the Platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform and must close your account immediately.

These Terms were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after revisions are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Throughout these Terms, the following defined terms apply:

• "Platform" — the bpexh website at https://bpexh.cam/ and any associated mobile applications or sub-domains.
• "Account" — the registered user account created by you on the Platform.
• "Services" — all sports betting, live casino, virtual games, promotional activities and information resources made available through the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any real-money stake placed by you on a sports market, casino game or other gaming product offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, reload offer or other promotional value credited to your Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount (or the sum of deposit plus bonus) must be wagered before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including the submission of government-issued identification and proof of address.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency reference used on this Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory or jurisdiction in which the use of the Platform or its Services is unlawful or requires a licence not held by bpexh.

To register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or by the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity).
• You must not be a resident of, nor access the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or subject to any self-exclusion order.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director or immediate family member of any employee of bpexh or any of its affiliated entities.

Providing false information about your age, identity or jurisdiction during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

4.1  Single Account Policy. Each User may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of whether different email addresses, payment methods or devices are used — constitutes multi-accounting and is strictly prohibited.

4.2  Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must update it promptly if it changes. bpexh shall not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate Account information provided by you.

4.3  KYC Documentation. Before processing withdrawals, and at any other time bpexh deems necessary for compliance purposes, we may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Pakistani CNIC, Passport);
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of mobile wallet balance or bank statement).

4.4  KYC Delays. bpexh reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests pending the successful completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide the requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

5.1 You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

5.2 bpexh reserves the right to monitor Account activity for compliance with these Terms. Breach of any provision of this Section may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of pending bets and forfeiture of balances at bpexh's sole discretion.

6.1  Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the Platform are subject to acceptance by bpexh. We reserve the right to decline, limit or void any bet at our discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in an erroneous price being offered.

6.2  Odds Presentation. Odds are presented in decimal format by default. The decimal odds represent the total return per unit staked, inclusive of the original stake. For example, odds of 3.00 on a PKR 1,000 bet would return PKR 3,000 in total (PKR 2,000 net profit plus the PKR 1,000 stake), subject to correct outcome.

6.3  Markets and Outcomes. The settlement of all betting markets is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket, ICC for international tournaments). In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, bpexh's decision shall be final.

6.4  Live / In-Play Betting. Live betting odds are updated in real time and may be suspended without notice. bets placed during a suspension period will be voided. bpexh accepts no responsibility for connection failures or delays that may affect a User's ability to place live bets.

6.5  Voided Bets. A bet may be voided in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment, postponement beyond a defined period, technical errors, duplicate bets or suspected rule violations.

6.6  Casino RTP. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for casino games is set by the game provider and published in the game's rules. bpexh makes no guarantee of individual session outcomes. Casino games involve chance and past results do not predict future outcomes.

7.1  General Bonus Conditions. All bonuses and promotional offers available on bpexh are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only;
• Each eligible User may claim a specific bonus offer once only, unless the promotion states otherwise;
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion;
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, any bonus and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.

7.2  Wagering Requirements. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). This means the bonus amount (or, in some cases, the deposit plus bonus amount) must be wagered the stated number of times. Example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 1,50,000 in eligible wagers before withdrawal is permitted.

7.3  Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit promotions through multi-accounting, collusion, systematic low-risk wagering (e.g., placing offsetting bets) or other abusive behaviour will result in immediate bonus cancellation, forfeiture of associated winnings and may lead to Account termination.

8.1  Supported Payment Methods. The payment methods available on bpexh are displayed in the live cashier and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment methods including bank transfers and mobile wallet services commonly used in Pakistan are referenced on this Platform for informational context only. Their availability in the cashier must be independently verified at the time of transaction. No payment provider referenced on this Platform endorses or facilitates gambling transactions.

8.2  Currency. The Platform primarily references Pakistani Rupee (PKR) for illustrative purposes. Actual transaction currency depends on the supported options in the live cashier at the time of your transaction.

8.3  Deposits.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the operator and displayed in the cashier;
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name;
• bpexh does not accept deposits from third parties;
• Deposit transactions may be subject to processing fees charged by the payment provider.

8.4  Withdrawals.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible;
• Processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed;
• bpexh reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

8.5  Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider while funds remain in your bpexh Account is a material breach of these Terms. Any such action will result in Account suspension pending investigation.

9.1 bpexh is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following tools are available to all registered Users at no charge:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits — cap the maximum amount you can lose in a specified period;
• Session Time Limits — restrict the duration of individual gambling sessions;
• Self-Exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. A minimum cooling-off period applies before self-exclusion can be reversed;
• Reality Check Reminders — periodic notifications during active sessions.

9.2 Users are encouraged to set limits proactively. Limits can be reduced at any time and take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

10.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of bpexh or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.

10.3 "bpexh" and associated marks, logos and domain names are proprietary identifiers of bpexh. You may not use them without prior written consent.

11.1  Platform Availability. bpexh provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11.2  Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bpexh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.

11.3  Maximum Liability. In any event, bpexh's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4  Third-Party Content. The Platform may reference third-party payment services, game providers and sports organisations. bpexh is not responsible for the content, practices or services of any third-party entity referenced on the Platform.

12.1  Termination by You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure will be processed once any pending withdrawals have been settled and all outstanding bonus wagering requirements have been resolved.

12.2  Termination by bpexh. bpexh reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where we reasonably suspect:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity;
• Multi-accounting or impersonation;
• Failure to complete KYC within a required timeframe;
• Regulatory or legal obligation to do so.

12.3 Upon termination, any funds legitimately held in your Account balance (net of void bonuses and forfeited amounts) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC and any outstanding investigations.

13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bpexh holds its operating licence, as communicated to Users separately from these Terms.

13.2  Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact bpexh's support team and allow a reasonable period (not less than 30 days) for us to attempt informal resolution before initiating any formal proceedings.

13.3 bpexh does not claim that these Terms or the operation of this Platform complies with the laws of Pakistan. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own initiative and risk and are personally responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

14.1 bpexh reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered Users via email or in-Platform notification.

14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

14.3 It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to be informed of any changes. bpexh recommends that you review these Terms each time you use the Platform.
